Here’s how it works:

Specify up to 5 different phone numbers, anywhere in the world, on any type of phone, to where you want your calls to ring, in addition to your regular phone.

Manage the feature online

You can change your Reach Me settings in the Manage Service Features section of our online account center. Click here to login.

Options Include:

  Ring Order: Choose to have the phones ring all at once or in the sequence that you specify.

  Ring Count: Each phone number can be set independently to ring a specific number of times (1 - 6 rings).

  Call Acceptance Mode:
1. Automatic Call Acceptance connects a call to the first Reach Me phone that answers.
2. Positive Call Acceptance plays a prompt that gives you the option to accept, decline, or send the call to VoiceMail. You can also ask the caller to record their name for playback as part of the Positive Call Acceptance prompt.

  Caller VoiceMail Option: Give the caller the option to choose to go directly to voicemail instead of waiting for the system to try all the numbers.
