If your are a broadband (DSL, CABLE, etc.) internet user, then you already know the advantage of having a large bandwidth. However, different broadband vendors have different bandwidth packages available. Your SpacePhone service utilizes this bandwidth to deliver your phone service. If you have a smaller bandwidth package, then you may want to leave the bandwidth optimization setting at its default normal quality setting. This preserves bandwidth and still provides good call quality. However, if you want the best in call quality or if you have a large bandwidth capacity line, then you should set the bandwidth optimization setting to use the maximum allowable bandwidth for your phone calls. To configure your account simply login to your online account center click on Manage Features, then click on Manage Device, click on Optimize Call Quality and then choose the setting that is best for you. You can change this setting at any time.
